lowCAD is a platform for creating, customizing, publishing, buying, and downloading parametric 3D model software and related files.

We may review listings for quality, security, policy compliance, and marketplace trust, but we do not guarantee every model is suitable for every use case.

You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, infringe rights, attempt fraud, abuse the platform, or create security risks.

Developers may publish original or properly licensed models. By publishing, you confirm you have all rights needed to list, sell, license, and support the content.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant lowCAD the rights needed to host, display, market, process, deliver, and make the content available through the platform.

Listings must not contain malware, illegal content, deceptive claims, infringing material, unsafe instructions, or content that violates applicable law.

For paid developer sales, lowCAD charges a 2% platform fee. Developers receive the remaining amount, less any payment processor fees, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, or required withholdings.

Payment processors may impose their own terms, verification checks, payout schedules, limits, and fees. Payout timing may depend on processor status and risk checks.

Buying a model gives you the license described on the listing or, if no separate license is shown, a personal or internal business license to download and use the model outputs.

Unless expressly allowed, you may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or make the source files publicly available.

Refund eligibility may depend on local law, payment status, whether files were accessed, listing accuracy, and developer/platform policies.

Contact support first so we can investigate missing downloads, broken files, misleading listings, or payment problems.

We may remove, restrict, or demote content that appears illegal, infringing, unsafe, fraudulent, or against our policies. We may notify affected users and provide appeal options where required by law.

The service and marketplace content are provided as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, lowCAD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Users are responsible for validating models before manufacturing, printing, engineering use, commercial use, or safety-critical use.

We may update these terms as the product, marketplace, laws, or payment providers change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
